2010-2012: Masters in Leading Innovation and Change: My thesis focused on the changing motivations of students practicing my martial arts program around the world. Specifically my research focused on the enhancement of life performance capabilities through the martial arts experience (Completed at York St John University’s School of Business).

2012-2019: Doctorate: My research for several years focused on the role mindfulness-in-action from an embodied perspective plays in leadership performance (Completed at the University of Leicester’s School of Business).

I am currently researching mind, body and ecology and the subsequent motivations by people in the Western world seeking to reconnect to the natural world (currently enrolled at Faculty of Health and Life Sciences – De Montfort University).
